Sécra is a start-up business, and while we would love to offer you a free sample pair, as our footwear is very expensive to produce, it is simply not feasible to do for us.
We understand that you may wish to 'try before you buy', therefore if you would like to order a sample pair(s), they can be purchased at our standard wholesale price (50% off the RRP) from our General Consumer Website: secrashoes.com
Just contact us and we will provide you with a discount code for the number of samples you wish to purchase.
If starting small, you might want to stick with one style/colour, and just the key sizes.
On the other hand, we recommend larger retailers aim to have at a minimum one pair in all styles, sizes and colours.

Colours: This is split 50/50. There is no preference between black or tan, we’ve found both to be equally popular.
Sizes: Most popular sizes follow a bell curve with size 8 being the most popular. Then size 7 and 9. Then size 6 and 10 and so on.
Styles: Both styles proved to be very popular and are roughly equally split. The reason Poppy has more reviews is that the Willow order was much smaller and arrived later.
The sizing is the same as Archies Thongs. The sandals fit just as per the customer normal shoe size. E.g - If normally a US 9 Shoe, then they will be a Size 9 in Sécra (Archies - US Men’s 8 / Womens 9).
Sécra retailers are entitled to one free stand per location. To be eligible for the display stand we require you to order 10 or more pairs of shoes.

Once the stock has arrived at the warehouse, we will endeavour to get your order fulfilled and dispatched within 24 hours.
Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne Warehouse. Shipping takes between 2-5 working days. We will send you a tracking number when the shoes are on their way.
Exchange, Refunds & Warranty
Unfortunately, due to the high cost of the product and postage, we are really sorry, but we are unable to accept any refunds for the stock you do not sell.
Returns and exchanges for unworn stock are subject to your store return policy.
We cover a 6-month warranty period for any product faults/defects.
Sécra reserves the right to reject any warranty claims that have occurred from general wear, such as scratches on the leather.While we would prefer that you contact us prior to offering a replacement or refund, if you have a particularly difficult customer and it's best to solve the issue on the spot, then we trust your judgement and are happy for you to provide a refund or exchange as you deem appropriate.
For all other non-urgent claims, we would prefer that you contact our customer service team so that we can assess the situation..
