Unfortunately, due to the high cost of the product, postage and the number of retailers, we are really sorry, but we are unable to accept any refunds for the stock you do not sell.

We cover a 6-month warranty period for any product faults/defects. Sécra reserves the right to reject any warranty claims that have occurred from general wear, such as scratches on the leather.
While we would prefer that you contact us prior to offering a replacement or refund, if you have a particularly difficult customer and it's best to solve the issue on the spot, then we trust your judgement and are happy for you to provide a refund or exchange as you deem appropriate.
For all other non-urgent claims, we would prefer that you contact our customer service team so that we can assess the situation.
